Pedigree
'Sirvivor' ! now he was born far too early, before his body coat in fact. We
kept him in our pockets and fed him from a dropper for almost l0 days before he
actually weighed in at a normal birth weight., The only survivor from Shandy &
Starshooters litter of l4.
He became one of our most successful show dogs winning l5 CC's and numerous
reserve CC's. He won the Group twice, had several Best in shows and was Reserve
Best In Show all breeds.
He also won the Pedigree Stakes Finals. He gained his title on the l6th July
l989. His first three CC's were from Maureen Morris, Eve Bland and Joan Van
Schick, and we were honoured when Sirvivor got the CC from Margaret Niblock on
her final ever judging appointment at the Houndshow.
At the time of his death, he was the shortest living of our dogs, he had come
into the world with such trauma, never had a days sickness in his life, and went
very quickly before he was ll years of age.
He was a great stud dog, and sired several champions, including Hi-Ranger and
Cotton Velvet.
Sirvivor was a super show dog and a great companion. He had a super temperament
and enjoyed all the visitors that we had, he was a pleasure to have owned.
Well they all were.
