'Shannon' was born in December l987, like her Father Gable she matured very
quickly and gained her title on the lst September l989.
She was outgoing from the word go. Loved the show ring, was not too keen to be
any other Afghans but her own kennel mates. She knew exactly who she wanted to
be friends with, and never altered.
The first three of her l3 CC's were from John Bland, Jayne Wilson Stringer and
Marjorie McCarthy. She qualified for the Stakes Finals and was a pleasure to be
in the ring with.
Although she loved the show ring, she was mated to Sir Vivor and produced an
overseas Champion and Chiffon, she really preferred showing, so that is how she
enjoyed herself until she retired to the easy life.
Living with Shannon was a delight.
