"Shandy" Sired by Stroller, bred by Malcolm & Jan Vaile, she came from a large litter and never knew how to loose a hair. She had the toughest coat and the silkiest we have every come across. It didn't matter how long she ran it just didn't come off. She had a lovely outlook on life.

Because of Silk Shandy didn't come out into the showring until she was l8 months old. She gained her title on the 4th August l984, her first three CC's were awarded by Ron Morgan, Douglas Appleton and Dave McCann. She was a wonderful brood bitch, as well as a super showgirl and when she was mated to "Digger" - Ch Sh. Starshooter she had a litter of l4 puppies, sadly only one survived, but wonderfully for us that was Sirvivor, and he did all we could have asked.

Shandy was also mated to Ch VISCOUNT GRANT which gave us Shannon. She was gentle and kind, but wouldn't allow anyone else in our awning when caravaning. That was her domain and she loved it.
A lovely lady sadly missed.
