Chyna was born on the 15-10-01 along with her brother and sister. She was the last one born at 4 minutes past midnight so
officially she was born on the 16th.
From the second she was born she was going to be the one to stay with us,
because she was the pale gold and so like her mum the other two were very dark.
She was the biggest born weighing 1lb 4oz 1/2oz bigger than Homer and 4 oz
bigger than Cher and was named after Chyna from the WWF wrestling. She was the
first at the milky bar and as they got older always the first to get into the
grub and the last out.
As weeks went by she was the most energetic of the three and always first to greet you but although energetic was the one that wanted the cuddles, she would lie on your knee for hours at a time. Chyna was 51/2 weeks old when she started to be sick a lot we thought it was because she gulped her food so we were not over worried, until the horrid smell came from her little breath, it was like something had died and been left to rot. I will never forget that smell. So off to the vets and antibiotics as usual were tried, but made no difference, so at 6 weeks she was x rayed and the vets said they had never seen anything like this and didn't know how she was living. There was nothing that could be done for her, I took her home and had to make the HEARTBREAKING decision to put her to sleep at 7 weeks old.
God looked around his garden
And found an empty place,
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, 'Peace be Thine'.
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home
SLEEP WELL MY CHYNA ROSE
