I wish to express my thanks to the committee for their hospitality and to my stewards for their efficient stewarding, I would also like to thank the exhibitors for allowing me the honour of judging their beloved hounds, the day was extremely hot and not all dogs showed at their best, I judge the dogs on the day and I make no allowances, so thank you for accepting my decisions graciously. I thoroughly enjoyed my day, the only things that I would like to comment on are top lines and teeth, I was disappointed with the top lines in general and found too many dirty teeth, which is a shame when so much effort has been taken to present dogs coats so beautifully but the oral hygiene has been neglected.
